American carton or one piece carton.

We have different types and models machine to choose for matching different requirement. The packaging speed is 10-45 cartons per minute.

Normally hot-melt glue is for one piece carton and adhesive tape is for American carton.

Our machine could match the products which are packaged in bag, bottle, tin ,carton, can, cup, etc. For irregular package, we have customized equipment service.

The hardware includes case packer, palletizer, sorting and conveying system, and the software includes WMS and WCS.

According to the position that product enter into the carton, there are two types machine, side loading and top loading types. By loading structure, there are robot packaging and mechanical packaging types of machine.

We have continuous and intermittent types of cartoning machine which has a variety models to match different requirement. The speed range is 40-400 cartons per minute.

It is mainly for penicillin bottle, ampoule bottles, oral liquid bottles and other small round containers in the pharmaceutical industry.

The average delivery time of our machine is 3 months. For whole plant project, it depends on the exact machine and service items.
