U-straw Applicator

The U-straw applicator can paste straws on the outer packaging surface of aseptic carton of various sizes. The machine adopts PLC automatic control system, which can automatically complete the processes of product conveying, straw conveying, straw cutting, product gluing, straw pasting, fault alarm and so on. Various parameters such as glue spraying position, glue spraying amount and straw sticking position can be adjusted on the equipment. The machine runs reliably and is easy to operate.

Wrap-around Case Packer

According to different speed requirements and product packaging requirements, our company has three types of wrap-around case packer: side loading case packer, top loading case packer and continuous case packer. These types are suitable for various aseptic cartons such as Tetra Brik, Tetra Top, Tetra Prisma Aseptic,etc.They are widely used in dairy and beverage industries, improving production efficiency, saving packaging cost and space.

Weight Checker And Rejection Device

The machine is suitable for the terminal process detection of large-scale packaging line. It adopts multiple load sensors and touch screen control. It can store more than 10 different weight specifications to meet different requirements. In the process of transportation, the weight of the product is automatically cleared, and the unqualified product alarm light indicates and stops conveying, which is easy to operate.

Sleeve Sealing And Shrinking Machine

Fully-auto Straight Feeding Sleeve Sealer& Shrink Tunnel adopts the unique linear design and compact structure. It is very suitable for some limited space and don't need to adjust the forward direction packing. What’s more, there is no length limits;It can work independently and also can connect with the production line to realize the unmanned assembly line with the function of auto feeding, film wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling and stereotypes.
