Traceability System

The system is developed according to traceability requirements of Ministry of industry and information technology, food and drug administration, SC production license and traceability management requirements of food enterprises. The system includes the traceability management of the whole industrial chain of raw material purchase, processing, warehousing, logistics, sales, etc., which can realize the automatic / semi-automatic / manual data collection and entry, and provide multi-style batch records, traceability reports, statistical analysis reports, etc. Finally, it provides consumers, government regulators and enterprises with forward / reverse two-way traceability process query through the traceability code on products.

One Product Unit One Code Management System

This management system assigns a unique, permanent identity code to each smallest saleable unit of a product. The identity code can take various forms, including RFID, linear barcodes, or QR codes (2D codes). Using coding methods such as online inkjet printing, laser engraving, automatic labeling, or digital pre-printing, a unique code is assigned to each item, case, and pallet. These codes are then linked in an integrated hierarchy. This enables full product lifecycle management, precise traceability, prevention of unauthorized reselling (channel conflict), and the creation of consumer membership programs.
